OPT OUT

Intertwined with the dense symbolism of the Xenosaga series are themes of Friedrich Nietzsche, which all three episodes of the main Xenosaga trilogy are named after, as well as Jungian psychology, and elements from the Bible in general. Many key plot elements in the story are named after concepts from Gnosticism.

chaos is probably one of the biggest examples of the more religious overtones. He's known religious figures including his own world's Jesus whom he was close to( and on whose behalf he often performed miracles by way of quantum physics) and Mary Magdelene, who was his partner. chaos is essentially a Gnostic Aeon in terms of his backstory and how he functions within his setting. chaos is extremely unlikely to ever mention his past on his own unprompted.

I will be doing my best to handle the material with respect but I can still absolutely understand that a character like this might be uncomfortable for some people. You can drop me a line here and I will keep chaos away from your characters.
